Graphic Design and Multimedia
Designing Reading Experience and Multimedia Narratives is an interdisciplinary, master’s programme of studies. It prepares its future graduates to face and tackle complex design challenges related to the experience of reading, that is to the analysis and comprehension of content and to the communication of ideas, conceptions and solutions by means of employing universal techniques of story-telling based on narratives, interaction, and on time-based media.
STEP 1: REGISTER ONLINE START 23 APRIL BY 27 JUNE 2025, 12.00 noon CET
Create your account in the online registration system (IRK).
You will receive all messages related to the admission process into your IRK account. You should also use it to communicate with us and ask any questions you may have regarding the admission process.
Pay the PLN 150 application fee via the imoje online payment service by 27 June 2025, 12:00 noon CET.
If you have problem with payment via imoje, transfer the application fee to the academy's bank account:

STEP 2: PORTFOLIO (WITH MOTIVATION LETTER): FROM 23 JUNE TO 1 JULY 2025
Remember to send your portfolio along with your motivation letterby 1 July 2025, 3.00 p.m.
STEP 3: ENGLISH LANGUAGE INTERVIEW: 2 JULY 2025
If you do not have an English certificate, instead please submit a request for an interview to test your English skills. Upload the request into the registration system in place of the English certificate by 30 June 2025.
The interviews will be held on 2 July 2025.
NOTE: It is not possible to request an English interview after 30 June.
STEP 4: RESULTS OF THE FIRST STAGE OF THE EXAM & INTERVIEW SCHEDULE: 4 JULY 2025, 9.00 A.M.
Check your result of the first stage of the exam & your interview date amd time in the online registration system from 9.00 a.m.
STEP 5: ONLINE INTERVIEWS: 7-9 JULY 2025
The interviews will be held on Google Meet. You will receive the videoconference link via IRK.
Make sure you have a stable Internet connection, and your camera and microphone are working properly. Prepare your ID.
During the interview you will be asked to share your screen to show your presentation.
Video and sound connection is required. You can use a computer or a mobile device. Please make sure your device is mounted securely and not hand-held. The dress code is casual/smart casual.
